One feather turns into five hens, and the ugly duckling becomes a swan. Using many of the well known and loved fairy tales, this performance tells about the life of Hans Christian Andersen, the son of a shoemaker who became a much admired author.
'Storyteller theatre' in its simple concentrated form, in close contact with the audience. Using few effects and accompanied by music, the audience is taken through a labyrinth of Hans Christian Andersen's life and fairy tales.
An extremely charming show, full of humour, and with masterly acting by Lisbeth Knopper.
